what is your return policy?

Due to the instant nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our digital items. But we will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your order. If you have any problems, we will work with you until the issue is resolved!

How will I receive my digital purchase?

Upon completing your purchase, you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s). If you don’t receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact us.

Do my download links expire/have a download limit?

No, your download links do not expire and do not have a download limit, but it’s important that you either bookmark the download link or save the download email if you feel you’ll need to download again in the future. Download links are generated at the point of purchase. Even if you are signed in, they will NOT be saved to your account.

I am not familiar with canva. Do you offer tutorials?

CAN I RESELL THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM Bloom Birth Studio?

No, it is strictly forbidden to sell, distribute, rent, give, or sub-license any products purchased from bloombirthstudio.com. Derivative works are also prohibited. Any action such action will be addressed with legal action

CAN I SHARE THE PRODUCT WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

No. All Bloom Birth Studio products are copyrighted, and the license you buy is a single purchaser license.
